Last week, someone told me they couldn't share their next GenAI big idea—it was too precious and too secret. I laughed because I recognised my young self at that moment. I used to guard my ideas too, believing they were my golden ticket. I learned that even the best ideas are worthless without relentless action.
I've seen firsthand how ideas can take off, not because they are revolutionary, but because a group of highly driven and passionate people were willing to do the hard work, make mistakes, and keep going. 💪🏽💪🏽
I've seen people incredibly skilled at pitching ideas, identifying problems, and explaining why something can't be done or fixed. But the people who truly stand out for me are those who take action, who say, "Let's do it" or "I'll take care of it." They show up with the attitude that no matter how big or small the mission is, they will handle it.
And hey, don't be afraid to fail. Failure is part of the journey—everyone stumbles. The difference is that winners get back up again and again. They don't stay down; they don't give up.
