Mentoring
Agentic engineering, agent architecture and AI-native operating models.
I help engineers, leaders, founders and educators understand, adopt and operationalise agentic engineering before the market fully catches up.
The way we build products is shifting under our feet.
Agents are writing code. Engineers are becoming orchestrators. Teams are flattening. Toolchains are changing weekly. New models, better harnesses, new policies, new workflows and new organisational patterns are emerging in real time.
For engineers, leaders, founders and educators, this raises a practical question:
What does being valuable look like now?
I spend my days deep in this shift: hands-on with agentic engineering, building AI-native products, designing and stress-testing agent architectures, following the frontier of new models and tools, measuring productivity multipliers, and working through the guardrails that keep speed from turning into slop.
This mentoring is not theory.
It is a practical way to get oriented, cut through the noise, and build the skills, judgement and workflows needed to operate in the agentic era.

1:1 mentoring
A$315/hour
For people who want focused, practical guidance.
Each session is shaped around what you are trying to achieve. That might be setting up your agentic workflow, reviewing your architecture, working through a product idea, understanding a new tool, designing a team model, preparing for a career shift, or making sense of where the industry is heading.
Bring the problem, the decision, the workflow, the architecture, the product, or the question — and we work through it together.
You leave with clearer judgement, sharper next steps, and a more useful way to move forward.
Monthly cohort
Pay-what-you-can
For people impacted by layoffs and going through hardship.
For people impacted by layoffs and going through hardship who want a way back on the front foot.
The cohort runs monthly: one session a week, four weeks.
It is part teaching, part live discussion, part working session — designed to give you exposure to the tools, patterns and mental models, and the chance to apply them to your own situation.
The goal
The goal is not to become dependent on someone else's advice.
The goal is to help you build your own leverage:
to understand the tools, to sharpen your judgement, to create workflows you can trust, to know what matters and what is noise, to stay valuable as the work changes, to move faster without losing craft, and to build, lead, teach or operate with more confidence in the agentic era.
Boundaries
- 1:1 mentoring is for individuals.
- I don't take on delivery work through this channel (no code, no architecture docs, no PRs).
- I won't share proprietary material from current or past employers.
- This mentoring is independent from my employer. Opinions are my own.
