Communities of practice are a vital component of our industry, and still, they do not happen without the dedication of people like Michael Villis, Matt Callanan and Angus Scown. Today, I could testify the beautiful work that they are doing supporting the Brisbane community.

One of the talk's takeaway was that capabilities related to Organisational Design play a significant role in a multi-dimensional equation. Still, they often don’t get the attention they deserve or are done in a disjoint manner. Someone needs to own it!
