In my experience, organisational change towards embracing flow usually starts with a visionary and proactive leaderāsomeone who supports the early seeds of flow and champions it among their peers.
When thinking about that archetype of leader, names like Steve Maidment, Herry Wiputra, Craig Kimball, and Andrew Cleary immediately come to mind. I've witnessed them in action.
Unfortunately, without the spark these leaders can create, the potential of flow often remains untapped.
What happens when there's no one stepping up to champion flow in the executive team?
How can we enable more leaders to step up and champion the value of flow? I'd love to hear your thoughts or experiences.
