A lifelong journey of self-discovery

Today, during a moment of connection in a group meeting, someone asked if anyone knew their Enneagram number. This sparked curiosity in some, while others readily identified themselves as Types 1, 3, 7, or 8.

I have always been interested in models that can lead to self-discovery, psychological healing, personal growth, understanding and improving relationships, and professional development.

Over the years, I have explored several models, including the Enneagram, Big 5 Personality Traits, Gallup Strengths Finder, The Game Changer Index, Leadership Maturity Profile, and The Hoffman Process.

The Enneagram is an archetypal model of human psychology and personality theory based on the idea that each of us has a unique and innate personality structure, or "essence," that shapes how we see the world and ourselves.

The types are characterised by a unique combination of strengths, weaknesses, unconscious motivations, fears, and triggers that shape our thoughts, feelings, and actions. The nine enneagram types are:
