A New Chapter: Transition and Gratitude

As many of you may already know from the recent announcement by Flomatika, I am transitioning from my executive role to an investor and advisor to the board. This decision, made jointly with the board, reflects a mutual aspiration to continuously evolve and drive Flomatika forward. I am immensely grateful for the journey thus far and the incredible team I've had the privilege to work with.

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Paul Velonis, Nam Huynh, and Andrew Blain for the journey over the last eight years and their unwavering support and belief in Flomatika's vision.

Flomatika's highest aim to empower organisations and leaders to forge resilient and more humane Value Streams has always resonated deeply with me. I'm thrilled to continue supporting its mission in my new capacity.

I am excited about the new horizons and incredibly thankful for the enduring support from the Flomatika team, our shareholders, clients, and the broader community. The adventure continues, and I am looking forward to what the future holds.
