I'm so grateful! 2019 was a year of ridiculous learnings! My primary sources were books and obviously Elabor8 - it's hard to say if I learnt more internally or from my engagements with at least a dozen of top Australian organisations. Elabor8 has such a fantastic learning and developmental culture!
