[Mid-cycle OKR review] I’m experimenting with enterprise-wide, multi-level OKRs. The literature and heaps of other references out there mention the Mid-cycle OKR Review for organisations running quarterly cycles. I found zero references on good practices for running it though.
Charlotte and I are facilitating an Enterprise-level Mid-Cycle review on Monday and we put together an interesting agenda, where the highlights are a Marketplace for people to “sell” their red (at risk) OKRs to their peers, and a Pivot-Persevere session.
What are you all doing out there?
